Attention RAZR phone Lovers: Introducing the Samsung A900 for Sprint!
Posted by Steve under Cell Phone Reviews , EditorialNo Comments
The just released Samsung A900 for Sprint has a striking, (and I mean striking!) resemblance to the V3 (Black Razor ).You may say, hey hold on now tiger, but that was my first thought when I happen to have glanced at it, I thought I was actually looking at a Motorola Razr phone and as far as Samsung and Sprint are concerned I was looking at just that. Why shouldn’t the “razr phenomena” spread to other cell phone manufacturers besides Motorola. For cell phone consumers, Samsung A 900is wonderful and for Sprint it’s a godsend! Think about it, a Sprint Razr phone- albeit it’s not really a Motorola Razr but it ain’t chopped liver either.
A quick look at the specs sufficed to persuade me that the Samsung A-900 is no push over, it’s not just a Razr phone look-a-like it’s a darn good piece of technology. With EV-DO, we can download at near broadband speeds and watch in-demand TV and listen to music via Bluetooth!! Best of all, unlike the Cingular Razr and T-Mobile v3 that lack an MP3 player, the Sprint A900 by Samsung has an MP3 player (like the RazrV3C from Verizon) with dedicated front-mounted buttons!
On top of all them goodies, Samsung A 900 has a 1.3 Megapixel digital camera so you can send Sprint PCS PictureMail and or VideoMail! Kudos go out to Sanyo and Sprint for releasing this Razr clone. Samsung A-900 is causing a lot of smiles for the New Year especially because the A 900 Sprint phone is available for free with a new Sprint service plan!
